As Southern Indiana's first and only local electric bike shop catering exclusively to electric bicycles, we understand our riders desire to ensure their ebikes are working properly, regardless of where they were purchased.
Ebike-escapes is an authorized affiliate, fulfillment and service partner for multiple ebike brands, many of which are direct-to-consumer brands. We have established working relationships with these brands for warranty claims, technical support, parts, tools, training, and software.

- Remove and True Front Wheel

Our 40-point assembly checklist includes:
- Photographing/inspecting ebike for damage during unboxing
- Removing/recycling packaging material
- Installation of all parts per Brand instructions
- Proper torque settings of hardware
- Alignment/adjustments of all components
- Proper Derailleur alignment
- Proper Brake alignment
- Installation of accessories as needed (additional costs may apply)
- Electronics check
- Safety and structural checks
- Identify/Resolve Warranty issues that arise from defects/damage (as needed)
- Review ebike operation with Rider
- Review/perform rider custom fittings
- Review/assist with online Ebike Registration
- Advise/assist with loading/hauling (as needed)
